BOOKKEEPER (WFH)Job Description:
- Data Entry
- QuickBooks management
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Management, Accounting or equivalent
- Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience
- With experience in using QuickBooks and/or Xero
- Expert in using Microsoft Excel
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- High level of INTEGRITY
- Intelligent
- Flexible
- Fast learner
- Good work attitude
- Good organizational skills
- Hardware: Laptop/Desktop (at least Pentium processor and 8 GB RAM)
- Headset: Computer headset with noise-cancelling feature
- Internet connection: Wired connection; minimum of 10 Mbps
- Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Skype
- Permanent work-from-home
- Full Time and Long Term Employment
