Instrumentation Foreman/Shift Supervisor
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation Foreman/Shift Supervisor to join our team at Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation / Multiplast Corporation, located in Central Luzon. This full-time role will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of technicians, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our instrumentation and control systems across our manufacturing facilities.
What you'll be doing- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the instrumentation and control systems, including monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing preventative maintenance procedures
- Supervising and coordinating a team of instrumentation technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any operational or technical challenges
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to instrumentation and control systems
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes and procedures
- Significant experience (5+ years) as an Instrumentation Foreman or Shift Supervisor in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong technical expertise in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various instrumentation and control systems
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, schematics, and documentation
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve complex issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations within the manufacturing industry
