Job Summary

We are seeking a Merchandising Supervisor – Retail to oversee daily merchandising operations and ensure the effective execution of merchandising strategies across assigned product categories. The ideal candidate has strong merchandising experience and the ability to lead a team while maintaining high operational standards.

• Supervise daily merchandising activities to support sales and inventory objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and merchandising execution.
• Analyze sales and inventory performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Buying, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure efficient product flow.
• Lead, coach, and support merchandising staff in achieving team goals.
• Ensure merchandising standards and product presentation are consistently maintained.
• Prepare merchandising reports and performance updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve merchandising processes and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of merchandising experience in the retail industry.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is required.
• Strong understanding of merchandising, inventory management, and retail operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and merchandising or ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
