The Recreational Team Leader oversees the daily operations of a recreational or amusement area, leading a team of attendants to ensure excellent customer service, safety, and overall guest satisfaction. This role involves supervising staff, managing schedules, resolving concerns, and ensuring that the area runs smoothly and professionally.

Educational Background:

• College graduate or at least 2 years in Hospitality, Business Management, or related fields.

Work Experience:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in supervisory or team leader roles, preferably in F&B, leisure, or hospitality settings.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good customer service and conflict-resolution abilities
• Familiar with POS systems, inventory control, and scheduling
• Ability to monitor daily operations, ensure smooth shift transitions, and assist in staff training- Comfortable using digital tools for booking and reporting
