As a Product & Operations Analyst, you will drive data strategy by generating insights from product usage and performance metrics. Your analysis will power decision-making, enhance user adoption, and fuel innovation across teams-from Product to Executive Leadership.

- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with at least 3 years of experience in business analysis or business intelligence
- Strong business intelligence and analytical skills with a proven ability to use data analysis to support critical business decisions
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently across multiple, concurrent projects
- Strong analytical skills and curiosity to solve complex data issues and translate them into meaningful business outcomes
- Passion for rapid experimentation using hypothesis-driven approaches
- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to transparency and project follow-through
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate conflict and foster honest dialogue
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while consistently prioritizing and meeting deadlines
- Proficient in SQL and capable of building complex queries in data warehouse platforms like Snowflake or DataBricks
- Skilled in business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with product operations tools such as Aha! Roadmapping, Pendo, or Salesforce is a plus
- Steward customer usage data and ensure accurate measurement by understanding data, schemas, and database structures
- Collaborate with Product Managers to identify valuable KPIs related to product usage and collect data using tools like Pendo
- Build dashboards and reports that provide insights into user behavior and goal achievement
- Work with the Director of Product to define metrics for tracking product performance and execution
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services to improve solution usage
- Generate customer adoption dashboards and reports for various audiences, ensuring accessibility and clarity
- Develop product productivity reports and dashboards that show outcomes, progress, capacity, and costs across the Product department
- Highlight insights to inform financial and strategic decisions made by the executive leadership team
- Design and execute database queries that drive KPIs
- Create automated and streamlined procedures to measure goal progress across solutions and teams
- Maintain and enhance the product analytics platform to report on customer and product engagement metrics
- Act as application administrator for usage analysis and product productivity tools
- Provide ad hoc analysis to support a data-centric approach to customer and product experience
- Collaborate with the Product team to develop in-app messaging that accelerates user onboarding and feature adoption
