Head of E-Commerce

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Akari Lighting and Technology Corporation as the Head of E-Commerce. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for leading the company's online sales and digital strategies, helping to drive growth and expansion across our e-commerce platforms.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to increase online sales and profitability
• Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platforms such as but not limited to: Shopee, Lazada Tiktok, including website, mobile apps, and third-party marketplaces
• Analyze customer data and market trends to identify new opportunities and optimize the customer experience
• Lead a team of e-commerce specialists and managers to deliver high-performing digital campaigns and content
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between online and offline operations
• Monitor and report on key e-commerce performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent project management and team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, online marketing strategies, and digital sales channels
• Familiarity with the retail and consumer products industry, with a keen understanding of customer behavior and preferences
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional stakeholders
• Passion for the digital space and a drive to continuously improve and optimise the customer experience
