Service Crew

Position: Coffee Machine Crew Refiller

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school graduate/college level
• With experience as Service Crew or Related
• Must be willing to work on shifting and roving schedule
• With readily available requirements
• Willing to start ASAP

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Tie workflow to schedule.
• Manage all on-site maintenance and uptime of vending machines.
• Manage all aspects of the business including:
• Inventory of goods in the site
• Sales reports
• Documentation of endorsements and suggestions
• Summary of daily activity
• List accurate reports of daily issues
• Diagnose basic technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Follow all company procedures.
• Cooperate with other teams and share information across the organization.
• Talk to customers to get their insight about our products.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Be professional and be responsible for his/her attendance.
• Report to the Team Lead the issues and concerns in his/her site at least thrice weekly.
• Shifting schedule.
