Brand Manager/Product Manager

Lead the strategy, development, and growth of in-house and distributed consumer tech products (AI, Smart Home, Robotics). Own the full product lifecycle, drive portfolio expansion, define brand positioning, execute Go-to-Market strategies, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product & Portfolio Strategy: Manage master product roadmap & lifecycle (ideation → launch → optimization → end-of-life). Define development methodologies, allocate resources, ensure timely delivery, and monitor KPIs (market share, adoption, margins, ROMI). Identify market gaps and recommend new product categories and strategic partnerships.
  • Brand & GTM Strategy: Establish brand positioning, value proposition, and messaging. Lead GTM planning, pricing, sales enablement, inventory readiness, and marketing communications. Provide creative direction and ensure consistent branding across campaigns. Optimize placement and promotions across physical and online retail channels.
  • Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment: Lead and mentor Product & Brand teams. Coordinate with Business Development, Market Research, Sales, E-commerce, SMT, Warehouse, and other stakeholders. Manage budgets and resources to maximize operational efficiency and strategic impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5–7 years in product management, brand management, or strategic marketing; 2+ years leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling multiple product lines.
  • Experience with consumer tech products; knowledge of OEM suppliers is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Expert in roadmap creation, development planning, and GTM execution.
  • Financial Acumen: P&L, gross margin analysis, and sales forecasting to ensure product profitability.
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of Philippine retail and e-commerce channels.
  • Leadership & Communication: Strategic thinker, detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to influence stakeholders.
  • Technical Literacy: Familiarity with AI, smart gadgets, IoT, and digital marketing channels.
