Inventory Supervisor

• Supervise the inventory team to ensure timely and accurate inventory counts
• Maintain accurate records of all inventory, including raw materials, in-process materials, and

• Conduct regular physical counts of inventory and reconcile them with system records to ensure

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce waste, spoilage, or

• Work closely with warehouse personnel (stockman, dispatcher, checker) to ensure inventory is

• Train and coach inventory associates on best practices and safety protocols
• Oversee the cold storage room to maintain organization and cleanliness
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• College graduate of any business course
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or

• Proficiency in MS Office application, specifically in Excel
• At least 2–3 years of supervisory or team lead experience.

• Expertise in managing inventory through Warehouse Management System (WMS) to

track the movement of materials and finished products. Experience in ERP, SAP and/or

• Solution oriented mindset and has a capacity to multi task.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
