Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Analyst – Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to support business units in delivering strategic and operational HR services.
A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
What You'll Do- Support business teams as their HR partner for 500–700 employees
- Handle employee concerns and investigations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities
- Work with leaders on people and business needs
- Maintain HR records and reports using HRIS, Excel, or Power BI
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Experienced HRBP that can manage 500-700 employees
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience in employee relations and investigations
- Knowledge of local labor laws
- Familiarity with HR systems and reporting tools (Excel/Power BI)
- Experience in employee engagement
- Exposure to business strategy discussions
- Knowledge of performance management frameworks
- Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Mid-shift)
