No Experience Needed for CSR-CDO Site!
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our CDO site. This is an entry-level position, so no BPO experience is required. Successful candidates will receive training to handle customer concerns professionally and confidently.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries regarding account information, billing concerns, product and service details, order status, subscription updates, payment concerns, and basic technical issues depending on the assigned account.You will identify customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, process requests such as account updates and service changes, and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate support team when necessary.
You will be responsible for documenting customer interactions accurately in the company's system, maintaining confidentiality of customer information, and following company policies, call handling procedures, and quality standards. Representatives are also expected to achieve key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, attendance, productivity, and quality assurance, while delivering professional and courteous service on every interaction.
This role is ideal for individuals who have strong communication skills, are willing to learn, enjoy helping customers, and are looking to start a long-term career in the BPO industry.
