The Key Accounts Supervisor is part of the Modern Trade Team and directly reports to the Key Accounts Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage NKA, LKA accounts, as well as oversee the entire NL area.
  • Support the Key Accounts Manager in day-to-day execution, store-level coordination, order management, and providing field-level insights.
  • Serve as the link between the account’s head office and retail outlets.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION
  • BS/BA in Business, Finance, Management, or a relevant field.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Passion for growth and strong time management skills to work in a changeable environment.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Good communication and people skills.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Desire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approach.
OTHERS
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Amenable to onsite work
