We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Learning and Talent Analytics and Insights Specialist .
In this role, you will:
- Design, development, validation, publication and maintenance of range of reporting, Dashboards and KPIs for Learning and Talent Function
- Identify trends in data and draw conclusions and communicate findings to senior management via formal presentations and/or standard management reporting (MI)
- Perform analysis of structured and unstructured data across multiple data sources to accelerate Learning and Talent Analytics capability by driving technology enabled analytical solutions for Learning Function
- Support in Design and deliver of industry benchmarked re-deployable global solutions in Learning & Talent Management domain
- Utilize advanced Excel or SAS to create end-to-end and automated reporting solutions
- The incumbent will be expected to up-skill on an ongoing basis to also venture into Advanced Analytics and be familiar with data science languages like Python (D)
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Resilient analytical skills with at least 3+ years of proven experience within Reporting & Analytics or MI Reporting
- Strong Experience in the advanced reporting and building dashboards using Excel or Power BI
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal
- Quick learner who can successfully navigate a complex global matrix organisation
- Organized, able to work independently and effectively manage workloads
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
- Ability to lead self in organizing workload to meet deadlines, taking into account relative priorities
- Demonstrate high energy levels, flexibility, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
