What You'll Do: Proactively contact customers who have abandoned their carts to encourage order completion
Deliver persuasive, engaging communication in both French and EnglishBuild rapport with potential buyers, understand objections, and offer compelling solutions
Consistently hit or exceed performance and recovery targets
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions using CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to improve recovery strategies
Qualifications/Requirements
What We're Looking For: ✅ Native or near-native French & excellent English communication
✅ Proven experience in e-commerce, telemarketing, or inside sales✅ Strong negotiation & persuasion abilities
✅ Goal-oriented with a track record of hitting targets
✅ Familiarity with CRM tools
