Job Summary

Vismotor Corporation is looking for a dynamic and results-driven GTM (Go-To-Market) Lead to support branch network expansion, branch reformation, market entry planning, and sales enablement initiatives.

The role will focus on market research, community engagement, branch launch execution, local marketing activations, and post-launch performance monitoring. This position is highly field-based and requires strong coordination, planning, execution, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential branch locations, customer demand, competitor presence, and local market opportunities.
  • Perform territory mapping by assessing population, area coverage, traffic flow, motorcycle ownership potential, and riding community presence.
  • Review existing branch performance and provide recommendations for branch reformation and market improvement.
  • Build relationships with barangay officials, motorcycle clubs, TODA groups, delivery riders, ride-hailing communities, schools, private companies, and other local partners.
  • Support grassroots awareness campaigns to strengthen Vismotor’s presence before new branch openings.
  • Plan and execute local advertising, digital campaigns, pre-launch activities, community activations, and lead-generation programs.
  • Coordinate activities that will help generate at least 20 qualified inquiries before branch opening.
  • Oversee branch opening preparations, grand opening events, customer lead capture, and local publicity efforts.
  • Monitor the 90-day post-launch performance roadmap, including market response, branch visibility, customer inquiries, and lead conversion.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Network Expansion, Supply Chain, BPA, Audit, and other support teams.
  • Prepare reports, updates, and recommendations based on field findings, campaign results, and branch launch performance.
  • Ensure smooth execution of pre-launch, launch day, and post-launch activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or any related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, business operations, retail expansion, or related functions.
  • Experience in branch launches, retail operations, market expansion, or business development is highly preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in digital marketing tools, local marketing execution, and field-based campaign coordination.
  • Willing to do frequent field work.
  • Must be comfortable with a role that is approximately 80% field-based.
