Our French Bilingual Associate must have:
- Must successfully pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must have at least 6 months of customer service experience or equivalent
- Demonstrated proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in both French and English.
- Ability to empathize with buyers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to learn new skills, systems, and processes quickly and adapt to changing needs.
- Ability to display decision making skills to consider all possible scenarios and options, and dynamically evolves approach as needed.
- Ability to problem-solve creatively and analytically using data and logic.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Essential Functions:
- An obligation to deliver exceptional customer service
- Receive inbound calls and emails to gather and verify required information and do utmost within their power to solve customer problems
- Actively listen to the customer, and show empathy and patience
- Provide information to the client and place appropriate notes in system indicating exactly what action was taken or needs to be taken
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed on all calls
- Maintain thorough knowledge of systems so that information can be researched and proper information is given to customer
- Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new process and procedures
- Achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators – e.g. Call Handle Time, Quality, CSAT
- Attend Team Meetings/additional training sessions as scheduled
- Performs other duties as assigned
Critical Skills:
- Above average verbal and written communication skills - ability to speak accurately, using proper grammar, and good enunciation
- Ability to listen attentively and to use information provided by clients to tailor responses and actions to meet the client’s specific needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hectic, changing environment
- Ability to organize and follow-up multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness
- Ability to operate a phone system, personal computer
- Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures
- Ability to work a variety of shifts as per HOOPs
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions
- Must successfully pass a background check
Requirements for foreign candidates:
- ACR (Alien Certificate of Registration)
- 13a visa restriction (TRV with a working visa is acceptable)
- NBI clearance and TIN are required.
- The individual has prior work experience in the Philippines
- With at least 6 months of BPO experience in the BPO Industry
- Able to work on-site in Cyberpark Tower 1, Cubao, Quezon City
- Willing to work on a graveyard or shift schedule
