This full-time position is based in Davao City, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our operations. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of essential administrative tasks.

What you'll be doing
  1. Providing administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed.
  2. Handling general office duties such as filing, document management, and data entry.
  3. Responding to inquiries and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Maintaining and updating office records and databases.
  5. Performing other administrative tasks as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the organization.
What we're looking for
  1. Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  3. Proficiency in using common office software, such as Microsoft Office suite.
  4. Design simple graphics using Canva and Photoshop among others
  5. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work tasks.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  8. Basic understanding and skills of invoicing and social media marketing with a minimum of 6 months experience.
