Organize, plan, and coordinate with Manufacturing the raw material requirement for feed production in accordance with the set standard specification of the company for raw material acceptance.

Monitor the efficient flow of raw materials in relation to the plant operations to contribute in the achievement of planned production output at the least production cost.
Plans and monitors weekly raw material replenishment/ movement, review Purchase Order (PO) balances and dispatch schedule as approved by Operations Planning.
Coordinates with Transport Coordinator to follow up and communicate the required trucking complement to facilitate timely delivery of raw materials.
Monitors climate/weather changes that may affect raw materials transport by closely tracking the location of trucks.
Prepares Stock Transport Order(STO) timely by ensuring no delay in the transfer of raw materials from source and minimize over deliveries and unplanned transfers.
Monitors delivery trucks are unloaded within the day by ensuring no demurrage charges.
Monitors goods in –transit in the system by checking the correctness of the entries and valid issuances from source.
