The Application Process:

6. Revenue per Shift: Sell USD 500 by the end of the first 2 weeks. Then keep increasing it.
7. Conversion Rate: Achieve at least a 50% conversion rate.
8. Response Time: Maintain an average response time below 5 minutes.
