Digital Marketing Executive Assistant (Remote - Philippines)

Full-Time | $1,000–$1,200 USD per month

You will be working closely with our team to streamline our online marketing initiatives and assist with day-to-day administrative and technical tasks.

• Social Media Management
• Create and manage posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Set up and optimize social media accounts
• Monitor engagement and performance metrics
• Email Communication & Support
• Manage support inbox
• Communicate with clients and partners professionally
• Coordinate follow-ups and responses
• Content & Website Tasks
• Post blog articles and small content updates on the website
• Perform basic website edits (e.g., updating contact details, adding forms)
• Set up and maintain web traffic tracking (Google Analytics, UTM codes, etc.)
• Project & Marketing Management
• Use project management tools (Asana, Trello, Notion, Jira, or Confluence)
• Track marketing campaigns and deadlines
• Set up tracking and traffic codes (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager)

• At least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant with a strong focus on digital marketing
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Proficiency in social media scheduling tools and basic website CMS (e.g., WordPress, Webflow)
• Hands-on experience with email management, CRM tools, and client communication
• Familiarity with project management tools like Notion, Trello, Asana, Jira, or Confluence
• Basic understanding of SEO, website analytics, and tracking code setup
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently

• Remote (Candidates must be based in the Philippines)
