We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Admin to support our sales operations and ensure efficient coordination between customers, sales personnel, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders and customer requests
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and other sales documents
- Maintain accurate sales records and databases
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders and deliveries
- Prepare sales reports and monitor transactions
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
- At least Senior High School graduate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Experience in sales administration is an advantage but not required
- Flexible and willing to work onsite
