Cashier

The Cashier is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by accurately processing orders and payments, maintaining proper cash handling procedures, and ensuring an organized and efficient front-counter area. Responsibilities include:

• Process customer orders accurately and handle cash, card, and online transactions efficiently.
• Verify cashier fund and ensure sufficient change before each shift; secure the cash box when unattended.
• Issue official receipts, maintain transaction records, and report any discrepancies promptly.
• Greet and assist customers, providing product information and promoting BOK Korean Fried Chicken offerings.
• Ensure proper display, labeling, and pricing of all products.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the counter and checkout area.
• Check and replenish counter supplies and follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures for products.
• Record data in logbooks and assist in inventory tracking and reporting.
• Support the Branch Manager in daily operational and reporting requirements.
• Adhere to company policies, including bank deposit schedules and cash handling protocols.
