What the Compliance Officer Looks Forward to Doing Well
As a Compliance Officer, you will ensure regulatory and operational compliance by managing business permits, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating compliance requirements with store partners and internal teams. You will help guarantee audit readiness, business continuity, and adherence to regulatory standards.Your performance will be evaluated based on timely permit processing, documentation accuracy, compliance record maintenance, and effective coordination with stakeholders.
What You Will Do- Business Permit Processing
- Prepare, submit, and monitor documents for business permit issuance and renewal.
- Coordinate with internal teams and store partners to complete permit requirements.
- Track permit timelines to ensure compliance with local government regulations.
- OR / AR Collection and Documentation
- Oversee collection of Official Receipts (OR) and Acknowledgment Receipts (AR) from store partners.
- Validate and record submitted receipts for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
- Contracts, MOA, and COL Management
- Collect, review, and organize Contracts, Memoranda of Agreement (MOA), and Certificates of Liability (COL).
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems for compliance documents.
- Ensure all documents are current, complete, and readily accessible.
- Store Partner Directory Management
- Gather and update accurate store partner information.
- Regularly review directory data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners to validate directory details.
- Compliance Support and Coordination
- Assist in compliance-related projects and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments on compliance requirements and deadlines.
- Provide operational support to ensure smooth execution of compliance processes.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned, ensuring full adherence to company policies and operational standards.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications/Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in compliance, documentation processing, administrative support, or related roles.
