Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to support our UK client, Live True London, by overseeing daily team operations, driving performance, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent leadership skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to foster a collaborative, engaging, and high-performing work environment.

This role requires someone who can effectively coach team members, monitor performance, and contribute to the continued success of both the team and the client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Monitor daily operations and ensure productivity, quality, and performance targets are met.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and feedback discussions.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new employees.
  • Handle escalations and support team members in resolving customer or operational issues.
  • Track and analyze team performance metrics and prepare reports as needed.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative, and engaging team culture.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with management and other departments to support business objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders regarding team performance and operational outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, operations, or a related industry is preferred.
  • Experience working with international clients, particularly UK-based clients, is an advantage.
