Vertiv - Inside Sales Senior Analyst

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and supporting the service sales team. This role involves proactive customer outreach, lead generation, and collaboration with internal teams to provide customers with the best solutions for their critical infrastructure needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with existing and potential customers to promote Vertiv’s products and services.
• Generate and qualify leads through research, outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the field sales team to support the sales cycle and close deals.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Vertiv solutions.
• Manage and maintain accurate records in CRM systems, tracking interactions and sales opportunities.
• Provide quotes, process orders, and ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Support marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or related fields, preferably in the technology or critical infrastructure industry.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
