JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
  • Background in logistics and documentation is an advantage and will be prioritized
  • At least 1–4 years of relevant work experience in administrative, clerical, logistics, or documentation roles is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and perform effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email handling).
  • Reliable, diligent, and maintains a high level of integrity.

Note: We are ideally seeking candidates with a certain level of maturity and professional experience (typically 30 y/o and above).

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate with management to support and complete assigned projects
  • Perform tasks independently based on given instructions and timelines
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain and organize company documents, records, and paperwork
  • Assist in logistics coordination and documentation processing as needed
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including office errands
