Facilities maintenance supervisor

We're looking for a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor who can help keep our properties safe, functional, and well-maintained while ensuring that repairs are completed efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

✔ At least 2-3 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, building operations, or related work

✔ Knowledgeable in plumbing and electrical troubleshooting

✔ Experience in air-conditioning maintenance and cleaning is an advantage

✔ Experience in pest control inspection and implementation is an advantage

✔ Able to perform hands-on maintenance and site inspections

✔ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

✔ Can work independently with minimal supervision

✔ Preferably residing near Sta. Mesa, Manila or nearby areas
