Providing legal advice and opinions; Monitoring the dispute resolution process and to ensure compliance pursuant to R.A. No. 9510 and other applicable existing rules and regulations; Providing administrative & project support involving legal matters; Conducting research in all legal fields of interest of the company and promptly respond to legal issues / concerns; Ensuring all transaction, operations, policies and procedures of the CIC are valid, binding and enforceable under any court of law; Reviewing / drafting contracts, memoranda, office orders, and other corporate documents; Updating, managing & securing the integrity of documentation; Ensuring that the company’s interests are protected under the law; Establishing / improving and upholding company policies, guidelines, procedures, etc.; Performing other functions as may be required by the CIC Management
