HR OFFICER

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Female
• A Graduate of BS Psychology / Human Resource Management
• With knowledge in all facets of HR and at least with 2 years' experience.
• Familiarity of Labor Code
• High level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability.
• With good written and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
• Can work under pressure and multi-tasking in HR related fields.
• Committed to attend the scheduled interview, if qualify
• Can start ASAP.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist HR Department
• Prepares payroll of employees.
• Familiar with filling HR government mandatories for company's compliance.
• Assist in Recruitment process.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
• Conducts or assists with new hire orientation and on-boarding process.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Team.
• Can manage to discipline employees based on company Rules and Regulations, serve memorandum
• Attend to employee's concern from the company
• Performs other duties as assigned HR functions
