OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination across all departments, uphold service standards, and support a safe, clean, and efficient environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Facilities Management,or other related courses
• Proven experience in operations, facility management, or similar supervisory roles
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations across multiple departments
• Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures
• Lead, train, and evaluate support staff performance
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all school facilities.
• Oversee inventory and supplies.
• Coordinate with department heads to address operational needs
• Prepare reports and updates to management
