Sales Coordinator - Quezon City

JOB SUMMARY:

Nationwide sales coordination which includes payment follow up, delivery, customer survey every after delivery and submission of weekly report. Make requisition of materials and/or cash voucher, as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consolidate weekly sales nationwide and email to hatchery coordinators;
• Follow up payments of customers for validation before release of products;
• Coordinate delivery details between customers and hatchery sources daily;
• Issue necessary sales order sequence every delivery and issue credit card memo as needed.
• Receive online payment for validation and check payment for remittance;
• Make sales and survey report;
• Reconcile customer balance and update shared billings with Credit and Collection Department;
• Issue sales invoice and collection receipt as needed;
• Make weekly and monthly sales reports for signature and submission for Credit and Collection and MIS Departments;
• Make materials and/or payment requisition.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Soil Science, or any related course;
• With 1-2 years of working experience as Sales Coordinator;
• Willing to work onsite, BGC, Taguig, City.
• Computer proficient.
