Job Summary:
The Customer Service Associate is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support by handling inbound calls, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and adherence to company standards and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred. (An equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience may be considered).
- At least 6 months to 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service environment is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including shifting schedules if required
