Senior full stack developer (wfh)

JOB OVERVIEW:

As our newest Senior Full Stack Developer, you will help shape user experiences and bring ideas to life across the full technical stack. You’ll work in a fast-paced, product-driven environment, collaborating closely with the team to deliver meaningful impact and continuous improvement.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Collaborate closely with the team to deliver innovative and user-focused solutions.
• Implement new features and improve existing functionality with an emphasis on quality and performance.
• Build across the entire technical stack, following best practices and internal standards.
• Take ownership of UI/UX implementation and help refine user interaction patterns.
• Break down user stories into technical tasks and help plan areas of future technical work.
• Contribute to and maintain shared codebases and development conventions.
• Continuously seek out opportunities to improve user experience, developer experience, and product scalability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven track record with at least 5 years of professional experience in PHP development, ideally with Laravel.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with hands-on experience in Vue.js or React.
• Solid frontend development skills, including a strong command of HTML and CSS.
• A keen eye for building clean, responsive, and intuitive interfaces.
• Strong understanding of MySQL (or similar relational databases), including schema design and query optimization.
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and deployment workflows (preferred but not required).
• Experience with automated testing and writing testable, maintainable code.
• Excellent problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Strong knowledge of state management.
• Ability to implement with an eye for details against a design (FIGMA).
• Maintain code integrity, including design patterns and standards.

SCHEDULE:

• Day Shift (Mondays - Fridays) Australia time zone
• Fixed Weekends Off
• WFH opportunity with the right setup
• Can start Immediately

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Salary Range: Php 110,000 – Php 130,000 per month depending on experience
