Qualifications:
✅ Graduate of Accountancy, Internal Audit, Finance, Restaurant Operations, F&B Management, or related field.
✅ At least 5–10 years of internal audit experience, with a strong background in restaurant or fine dining operations.
✅ Proven experience in multi-branch or roving audit roles.
✅ Strong understanding of restaurant cost structures (food cost, labor cost, overhead).
✅ Experience in fixing costing reports and analyzing product margins.
✅ Proficient in P&L analysis, variance analysis, and inventory control.
✅ High integrity, objectivity, and strong communication skills.
✅ Willing to travel frequently for site visits across multiple locations.
✅ Proficient in Excel and accounting/restaurant management systems.
