As a NDIS Compliance Officer, you'll provide vital compliance and administrative support to HR functions-ensuring accurate onboarding, upholding NDIS standards, and facilitating quality assurance processes that empower clients and internal teams alike.

The Qualifications We Seek
Essential:
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, compliance, or quality role (NDIS sector experience is highly desirable)
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
- Strong understanding of privacy and confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ShiftCare, and e-signature platforms (Adobe, Docusign, or PandaDoc)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable:
- Knowledge of NDIS Standards and Fair Work
- Relevant qualifications in compliance, quality, business administration, or related fields

- Support HR with candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding via SEEK
- Prepare and manage onboarding documentation compliant with NDIS and Fair Work
- Coordinate signing and collection of contracts, consents, and compliance forms
- Maintain complete and accurate onboarding records
- Assist in performance reviews, inductions, and HR surveys
- Update and maintain the Compliance Register
- Conduct internal audits and support external audit preparation
- Communicate compliance-related updates to internal teams and stakeholders
- Implement and maintain regulatory-aligned policies
- Provide administrative and investigation support for non-compliance issues
