Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)
  • Must have completed 2 years in college (any course)
  • With at least 3 years of work experience in the field of banking, finance and commerce, customer service, accounting, sales and e-commerce, marketing, and human resources. Overall, any experience in administrative work is preferred
  • Experience using Google and/or Microsoft Office applications, database management tools, and other computer skills
  • Experience in invoicing, complex administrative tasks, and client relations is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Excellent e-mail and calendar management skills
  • High attention to detail skills
  • Amenable to working onsite (IT Park Cebu)
Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Document data entry and form or loan application assistance
  • Email and Calendar Management
  • Update and maintain client records on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
  • Customer and Client coordination (prospects and new & old clients)
  • Client’s Social Media administration (as needed)
  • Process Documentation and Process Improvement (as needed)
  • Research, Reporting, and Vendor Management (as needed)
