At Globe, our goal is to create a wonderful world for our people, business, and nation. By uniting people of passion who believe they can make a difference, we are confident that we can achieve this goal. Job Description

As a Value Management Expert, you will be the driving force behind enabling value-informed decision making within the Information Systems Group (ISG). This role is pivotal in ensuring that all strategic investments and initiatives are grounded in measurable value, aligned with enterprise priorities, and tracked rigorously to realization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders across Strategy, Finance, Architecture, and Delivery to optimize the ISG portfolio and embed a value-first mindset throughout the organization.

Enable Value-Informed Decision Making Drive structured discussions on where ISG should invest effort and resources — grounded in value, urgency, and strategic impact. Partner with CIO, Strategy, Finance, and Domain Leads to shape a portfolio of high-value, well-sequenced initiatives.

Value Realization & Tracking Build and operate a value realization framework to monitor whether initiatives are delivering on intended cost, efficiency, customer, and capability outcomes. Surface risks and recommend mid-course corrections to protect or enhance value.

Strategic Value Advisory Act as a thought partner to Strategy and Delivery teams in validating assumptions, prioritizing efforts, and sequencing initiatives based on value vs. effort.

Cost-to-Serve Intelligence Work with ISG Finance and Architecture teams to connect architecture and sourcing decisions to Globe’s IT cost-to-revenue (CTR) targets. Provide data-backed insights to support decisions on rationalization, vendor shifts, or internal creation.

Leadership Reporting & Recommendations Synthesize insights into clear decision points for senior leaders — highlighting value unlocked, at risk, or delayed. Drive the mindset shift from project outputs to value outcomes. Core Deliverables ISG Value Heatmap

  • A regularly updated view of value drivers across domains — showing realized value, active bets, and underperforming initiatives.
Quarterly CIO Value Story
  • A strategic narrative that connects transformation investments to business outcomes (e.g., CTR reduction, improved CX, increased creation capability).
Initiative Value Trackers
  • Living trackers linked to key ISG programs, capturing benefits forecast, status, risks to realization, and mitigation actions.
Cost Driver & Optimization Insight Packs
  • Actionable insights tying partner spend, architecture complexity, and delivery inefficiencies to Globe’s cost structure.
Value-Based Prioritization Support
  • Inputs to strategy planning and execution forums (e.g., STO Mancom, CIO Reviews) to guide which programs to accelerate, pause, or pivot based on value outcomes.
