Job Description

We are looking for Telco Account Representatives to assist customers with telecommunications-related inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns across various channels. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related to telecom services via phone, email, or chat
• Assist with account concerns, billing, technical issues, and service inquiries
• Provide accurate information about plans, promos, and services
• Resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain records of all interactions and updates
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to supervisors
• Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets

Schedule & Training:

• Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Paid training on telecom systems, products, and customer service best practices

Requirements:

• High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
• Basic computer literacy and multitasking ability
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
