IT Systems and Network Administrator

• Monitors and maintains networks and servers of the Company (e.g. Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365);
• Upgrades, installs, and configures new hardware and software (e.g., laptop units, printers, network devices, etc.);
• Implements security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats (e.g. firewall and anti-virus);
• Creates user accounts and performs access control;
• Performs diagnostic tests and debugs procedures to optimize computer systems;
• Documents processes, as well as backing up and archiving data e.g., One Drive, Cloud data center;
• Develops data retrieval and recovery procedures;
• Designs and implements efficient end-user feedback and error-reporting systems;
• Supervises and mentors IT department employees and provides IT support; and
• Keeps up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.

Educational Background: The candidate must be a graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related courses|

• Must have at least a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience; and
• Preferably with IT Certifications relevant to the job such as Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco certification, etc.
