Your Opportunity:
As a Talent Acquisition specialist, you will play a critical role in driving our strategic growth and success focusing on delivering outstanding candidates for all positions in Cebu.
Your Responsibility:
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the nextsteps.
- Use creativity and persistence to source candidates in competitive talent pool to build a strong talent pipeline in different expertise
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and VPs, to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business, job responsibilities, and the required competencies, skills, and knowledge for successful applicants.
- Master our internal applicant tracking system (Ashby) to maintain candidate data and post job openings
Your Qualifications:
- 2+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience across various business needs.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive, quality-focused, and detail-oriented.
- Experienced in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Adaptable to new tools and processes.
- Fluent in English.
- Ashby experience is a plus
