General Manager

Job Description:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion
• Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve objectives for sales, profitability, and market share
• Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively
• Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
• Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values
• Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved
• Interpret or convey message from TRS Japan headquarters in Japanese language for better understanding in various situation like business meetings, conferences and on-site visit of customers.
• Interpret the message in written documents send by TRS Japan headquarters like parts drawing, emails and production orders.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills both in English and Japanese language.
• Can be able to speak and write in native Japanese.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proven experience in administrative support or general affairs.
