Project Architect - Construction

Responsibilities:
- Conducts sire inspection, checks of accuracy of field works done by contractors.
- Attends all material testing as required.
- Evaluates and prepares progress billings as submitted by contractors.
- Prepares weekly and monthly accomplishment report for submission to the Manager & Division Head respectively.
- Communicates and coordinates with consultants, other departments or divisions, clients, agencies, or other firms relative to the project.
- Attends to company matter or concerns when required, or upon advice.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Architect
- Skilled in Autocad, knowledgeable in construction plans and drawings.
- Has good communication and project management skills.
- Must be willing to be assigned on site (Staffhouse available - Metro Manila)
