Human Resources (HR) Officer
Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Officer to manage recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, and HR administration. This role ensures that employees are properly supported, documented, and aligned with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Maintain and organize employee records and 201 files
- Assist in payroll preparation and attendance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor requirements
- Handle employee concerns, documentation, and disciplinary processes
- Coordinate trainings, evaluations, and HR-related activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRDM, or related field
- At least 2 years experience in HR or admin
- Knowledge of basic labor laws and HR processes
- Organized, professional, and people-oriented
