Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or any related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Project Implementation, or System Analyst role.
- Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, user acceptance testing, and client coordination.
- Background in enterprise software implementation, preferably HRIS, ERP, or web-based platforms.
- Exposure to full software development lifecycle (SDLC) or Agile methodologies is an advantage.
