What We Expect from You:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintain accuracy in financial records, and collaborate with various teams to support the company’s financial operations and reporting requirements

What You Will Do:

• Assist in maintaining and updating the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable records.
• Support the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow records and assist with bank reconciliations and daily banking transactions.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments to help ensure timely processing of payments and account reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of tax-related documents and provide support during audits and compliance activities.
• Ensure accounting records are maintained in accordance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities under the guidance of the Accounting Supervisor and Finance Manager.
• Develop supervisory and analytical skills through training, mentoring, and exposure to accounting operations and financial controls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least five (5) years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Odoo, SAP, or similar platforms)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel to project sites nationwide as required
