KMC Solutions is currently hiring a Customer Experience Specialist to work with a well-established global eyewear e-commerce brand recognized for its exceptional online customer service.

In this position, you will be part of a high-performing support team delivering round-the-clock assistance to customers across different regions. You will engage with customers through various channels such as phone, email, live chat, SMS, and social media.

We’re looking for someone who is committed to delivering excellent service and can handle concerns with accuracy, efficiency, and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely and professional support via voice and non-voice channels
  • Assist customers with inquiries on orders, products, returns, and issue resolution
  • Provide product information and recommend suitable options when needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and improve service quality
  • Ensure all communications reflect a customer-first approach aligned with brand standards

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience handling an e-commerce or retail account as a CSR
  • Minimum of 2 years BPO experience
  • Required: experience in omnichannel support (chat, email, SMS, and phone)
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Customer-oriented with solid problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules
  • Professional, flexible, and proactive mindset
  • Ability to create positive customer interactions
