About the role
GDV BUSINESS SERVICES CO.' is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing team in San Juan City Metro Manila. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including email, chat, and voice support.This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our thriving business.
What you'll be doing- Provide friendly, efficient, and effective customer service through email, chat, and voice channels
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems by utilising your strong problem-solving skills
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to best assist customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the service industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
