REGIONAL SALES MANAGER- SOUTH LUZON

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership & Strategy
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets for urology and nephrology products.
• Analyze regional market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor and report on regional sales performance, forecasting, and KPIs.
• Team Management
• Lead, coach, and support a team of Territory Sales Representatives / Product Specialists across Bicol Region.
• Conduct regular team meetings, field visits, and performance evaluations.
• Provide training and guidance to ensure product and technical knowledge excellence.
• Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), nephrologists, urologists, dialysis centers, hospitals, and other healthcare institutions.
• Organize and participate in product presentations, workshops, and medical conferences.
• Operational Excellence
• Ensure proper coverage and efficient routing of territories to maximize sales potential.
• Coordinate closely with marketing, supply chain, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment.
• Ensure timely submission of reports, compliance with company policies, and ethical conduct in the field.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Medical Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, or any health-related or business-related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, preferably with urological, renal, or specialty products.
• At least 2 years in a sales supervisory or managerial role covering the Bicol region.
• Strong network and familiarity with healthcare institutions and professionals in Bicol Region.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the LAGUNA, BATANGAS, CAVITE, PALAWAN,MINDORO,BICOL,QUEZON PROVINCE.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of the urology and nephrology market, dialysis procedures, and related medical technologies.
• Experience launching new products or expanding territories.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office application
