Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Servicing Assistant at DBC Homes in Iloilo City. The Accounts Servicing Assistant is responsible for ensuring efficient collection of equity and in-house amortizations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and reinforcing the company’s brand and reliability.The role involves managing the full account servicing cycle from sales booking to loan takeout, organizing and reviewing buyer documents for loan applications, and implementing company policies to ensure quality client engagement. Additionally, the assistant monitors departmental assets, prepares timely reports, and coordinates with internal teams and external institutions, all while upholding company values and compliance standards.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting, or any related courses.
- With at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the Real Estate industry, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge in Real Estate Marketing & Accounts Management is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
