Position: Accounting Staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance is an advantage
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Honest, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and record financial transactions accurately
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, and other accounting documents
• Maintain organized financial records and filing systems
• Assist in bank reconciliations and monthly financial reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
